Cabañero, Katigbak, Clemente & Co., CPAs (CKC & Co., CPAs) is a proud 100% Filipino-owned, global-thinking, technology-adopting, and client-centric advisory, assurance, accounting, and tax firm for clients from Europe, Asia Pacific, and the US who are either wanting to set-up business in the Philippines or are looking to outsource work here.
CKC & Co., CPAs was founded by a father (Leonardo Cabañero) and his two daughters (Ma. Cecilia Cabañero-Katigbak and Lorna Cabañero-Clemente). Since 1984, they were able to create a culture of a cohesive organization in which everyone works as a team and relates to each other in a family-like environment. Fast forward to 2022 and beyond, CKC & Co., CPAs brings with it its culture in the 21st century as a forward-thinking, technology-driven advisory and accounting firm.

Managing Partner
Cecilia is the Managing Partner of CKC & Co., CPAs. She has been a member of the firm's management for 37 years. She holds professional affiliations with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Cecilia specializes in Tax Compliance, Tax Diligence Reviews, Tax Planning, Tax Litigation Support, Estate Settlements, Expatriate Tax Services, Internal Audit, and Design of Accounting/Reporting Systems.
Lorna Cabañero-Clemente, CPA
Partner
Lorna is a Partner of CKC & Co., CPAs. She has also been a member of the firm's management for 37 years. She holds professional affiliations with the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice. Lorna specializes in Assurance Engagements and Internal Audit.
Juan Carlos Katigbak
Business Systems and HR Technology Lead (Remote)
Juan Carlos brings 18 years of progressive experience in HR systems, business technology, and operations management. He specializes in designing efficient, scalable business solutions: from HRIS implementation and payroll optimization to cloud adoption, infrastructure, and collaborative platforms. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently delivered measurable operational improvements while ensuring the firm's technological initiatives remain aligned with its long-term strategic objectives. He also founded his own boutique HR consultancy serving small and medium enterprises.
Tax Consultant
Edna is a Consultant in CKC & Co., CPAs' Tax Department. She has over 30 years of experience in business and individual tax planning and complex compliance issues. Additionally, she does tax preparation, consulting and planning across a variety of industries including consumer products, financial services, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, not-for-profit and education, real estate and agriculture.
Normita "Noemi" Bautista, CPA
Assurance Manager
Noemi is CKC & Co, CPAs' Assurance Manager heading the Assurance/Audit Department and she specializes in audit (external), business advisory and internal control consulting. Noemi has a broad range of experience and has spent more than 11 years serving private and public companies in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate and service industries.
Head - Advisory Group
Floresminda "Dang" Flores leads the Advisory Group of CKC & Co., CPAs, bringing more than 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, business management, and client advisory services. In this capacity, Ms. Flores oversees the delivery of comprehensive advisory solutions to clients across a broad range of industries, including professional services, technology, manufacturing, and distribution. Her work centres on assessing clients' current business state and implementing tailored strategies through business management consultancy, encompassing entrepreneur advisory, strategic planning, and operational transformation. Ms. Flores remains committed to upholding CKC & Co., CPAs' standards of quality and professional excellence in every client engagement.
